This 5-story, 2.8 million-square-foot e-commerce fulfillment warehouse in Richmond, VA features a moment-frame steel design, concrete pre-cast façade, and access amenities including truck courts, driveways, and employee parking. Project Speedway received the ABC Central Virginia Excellence in Construction award I the Mega Project category for 2023. United Enertech louver, damper, and industrial sleeve product were utilized to help manage airflow throughout the facility.

Reston Row is a transformative mixed-use project poised to become the vibrant heart of the community. This project encompasses a range of thoughtfully designed elements, each contributing to a dynamic and enriching environment, including the Reston Row East & West garages. Providing convenient and ample parking for residents, visitors, and office workers, these garages will ensure a seamless experience throughout Reston Row. United Enertech louvers, including model XSD-130 were used in the architectural core shell of this project.

This data center project focused on sustainability and large-scale deployments, featuring multiple facilities, the campus is designed to support the dynamic growth of technology-driven organizations within the region. United Enertech drop box diffusers, which provide single point air distribution system with the added benefit of allowing directional airflow, were utilized on this project. UE drop box diffusers are designed for high-capacity output for applications that require long throws, such as distribution centers, data centers, and other buildings with expansive spaces.

Hyatt Place hotels are designed to offer spacious rooms, flexible spaces to work or socialize, 24/7 fitness center access, and dining options. This hotel is connected to an airport. United Enertech dampers, including F/S-3V-I fire smoke dampers, were utilized in this project.
