United Enertech Holdings Acquires Air Conditioning Products Company
April 20, 2021 – United Enertech Holdings, LLC (“UE”) announced it has acquired Air Conditioning Products Company (ACP), a world-class manufacturer of shutters, dampers, louvers, and other products for air movement equipment.
The acquisition of ACP's Romulus, Michigan production facility expands United Enertech's manufacturing capabilities and expertise in HVAC. Now with five manufacturing facilities consisting of approximately 500,000 square feet of space across Alabama, Arizona, Tennessee, and Michigan, United Enertech can offer additional products as well as improve lead times and rush offerings for many existing UE products.
